While on Maternity Leave

In the almost 6 weeks since we brought Nora home...

We went to the park several times,

flew planes,

slept a lot,

went to Swiss Days,

and played at home.

It's been a lot of fun to just be home all together. Next week, back to working life.

Kid Compare

When Nora did this a caouple of weeks ago,

I had to snap a picture because I have a very similar one of Zeke at close to the same age.

And here are Nora and Zeke at 3-4 weeks:

I love that they share a lot of features (like the pinchable, kissable chubby cheeks), but they really are different. And just like with Zeke, Aaron and I have both been told that Nora 'looks just like you!'

Flying in the House

Aaron had the great idea to hang his small planes and helicopter from our living room ceiling. This not only stores them out of the way, but it also puts them 'up in the sky' where they belong. Just ask Zeke.
