We went to the zoo yesterday on our day off. We enjoyed the day together and especially the walk together; it's been a long time since we all went walking. The weather was beautiful and the people were many. It was so crowded and we saw lots of unhappy kids. (The zoo isn't so friendly for kids at stroller height.) But overall it was a good day and we're glad we went.
The penguins put on a good show for us.
Aaron and Zeke played a rousing round of the frog survival game.
We thought the little tamarin monkeys would be Zeke's favorite zoo animal...
...until he saw the chicken in the primate forest. He was so excited about that chicken!
